Jacob grew up in Shadow Creek Ranch, in Pearland, Texas as a first-generation American from a family of immigrants. His family came from a devout Catholic and military culture. His grandfather was a Brigadier General of the JAG Corps. He has a brother who was a U.S. Marine, and several other relatives who have served in the Airforce, and Navy. As for himself, Jacob joined the U.S. Army, after graduating from Manvel High School in 2013.
Jacob attended Army Infantry Training (AIT) School and became a U.S. Army Infantryman upon completion of training. He was assigned duty in Fort Irwin Army National Training Center, a grueling station that performs constant field training operations such as Desert Warfare, Insurgency, and Armored Cavalry Maneuvers. During his term in Fort Irwin, he became proficient in various military weapons, vehicles, and technology. Jacob was a Specialist who has taken leadership in several Infantry Rifle Fire-Teams, and Heavy Weapons Fire-Squads. He was honorable discharged from the Army in 2017. Jacob received an Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) during his time of service.
After his discharge, he lived in Las Vegas, Nevada where he took on several business-related jobs, and endeavors. During his year tenure in the constantly active city, he learned hands-on experience of different business operations and took mentorship from different veteran business owners. Jacob learned the importance of networking in regard to business.
In 2018, Jacob was convinced by his former Platoon Sergeant to continue his education. Jacob attended West Virginia University with the help of the POST 9-11 G.I. Bill that was awarded to him as a good-standing veteran. He pursued a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor degree in Spanish. Among other college endeavors, Jacob helped establish a chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity, in West Virginia University, a social collegiate fraternity whose core values are “to promote friendship, develop character, advance justice, and assist in the acquisition of a sound education,” thus becoming a founding father of the chapter. Jacob attended a term at the Menendez International University (U.I.M.P) in Santander, Spain, a program that promoted international relationships and networking from many countries of the world. He earned his pursued undergraduate degree, graduating in 2022.
While he was attending school, Jacob held the occupation of Cardiac Monitor Technician at J.W. Ruby Hospital, through the guidance of an aunt relative who was the Cardiac Director at that time. The duties required confident knowledge of the cardiac aspects of medical science, and utilization of the continuously innovated technology of the medical work field.
Jacob met the CEO and Founder of WARTEK LLC, Jaylen Mobley, during their early years as students in West Virginia University, becoming roommates and ultimately close friends. Ever driven, ambitious, adventurous, and seeking new opportunities, Jacob eagerly joined Jaylen Mobley in the launching of WARTEKInnovative Technology, as his Chief Operations Officer.
Jacob plans to continue his education at a J.D. level while operating in WARTEK.
